With 29 years of experience across the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a genuine understanding of what makes a great real estate business tick. My experience spans administration, acquisitions, sales, property management and trust management, giving me a well-rounded perspective across both the people and operational sides of the industry.

At the heart of my approach is a genuine passion for people. I love recognising potential, developing talent and creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged and empowered to do their best work. For me, strong businesses are built on strong teams with clear expectations, open communication, accountability and a culture where people genuinely enjoy being part of what they are building.

Having worked across so many areas of real estate, I understand the moving parts that sit behind a successful agency. I enjoy bringing those pieces together by strengthening processes, supporting leaders, developing teams and finding better ways of doing things, all while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.

Throughout my career, I have also been twice nominated nationally by Real Estate Business (REB) for excellence, recognising my contribution and commitment to the real estate industry.

What continues to motivate me after almost three decades in real estate is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, not only on business performance, but on the people behind it. Being part of a team that values growth, collaboration and doing things differently is something I am incredibly passionate about.

Away from real estate, you’ll find me making the most of life alongside my fiancé and our big, sport-loving family.
